By accessing and using MarkdownKite, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may discontinue use of our utilities.

2. Description of Service

MarkdownKite provides a suite of 123+ in-browser Markdown tools including editors, converters, table generators, formatters, and validators. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibility & Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all Markdown text, documents, files, and code processed using our tools. Because all computation occurs client-side in your web browser, you are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your work.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MarkdownKite or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools or data loss.
